OmtoPods in partnership with OmtoArchitects developed a prefabricated integrated modular office project for a site in Dubai South. Each unit is stacked on top of one another and cantilevered on the upper levels to create a dynamic leaning effect to the elevation. The project can be broken down into 2 phases and further modules added at a later date when required. Upper levels are accessed via separated lift and stair cores and circulation via external walkways.
