OmtoPods developed a stackable staff housing concept for 11,000 projected staff required for the Qiddiya Entertainment city west of Riyadh. Each module represents 1 contained residential unit and they are stacked on top of one another. The services run though dedicated shafts within the modules and are connected via a plug and play system within the main steel structural frame.
